On Day 1 you learn how AI works and build your first app alongside a mentor, and on Day 2 you build an AI tool for a real HR workflow and present it to a panel of judges.

Is this only for recruiters?

No. Recruitment is one area we will explore, but the bootcamp is relevant to HR and People professionals across functions.

Do I need coding or technical skills?

No coding background is required. The bootcamp focuses on accessible no-code tools, prompt engineering, logic design, and practical AI workflows tailored for HR practitioners.

Do I need prior AI experience?

No. You don't need to be an AI expert. The bootcamp is designed for HR professionals across different levels of AI familiarity.

Where are the offline bootcamps held?

The Bangalore cohort takes place on 5–6th December. Mumbai and Delhi NCR dates are to be decided. Exact venue details are shared with accepted participants before the bootcamp.

Will I actually build something?

Yes. You'll work on a real HR problem and build an AI-powered workflow during the bootcamp.

Can I bring a problem from my startup?

Absolutely. In fact, we strongly encourage it.

How are participants selected?

Applications are reviewed based on work experience, role ownership, the problem you're looking to solve and your motivation to apply AI at work.

What happens after I apply?

We'll review your application and let you know whether you've been shortlisted. Our team will share the next steps with shortlisted participants.

Is this a certification course?

Yes. Participants receive a certificate on successful completion of the bootcamp.
