Learn to identify business challenges, spot high-value AI use cases, and build solutions that create value.

Turn learning into working AI solutions. Build, deploy, and improve real projects every term through 50+ hands-on workshops.

Graduate with deployed projects and demonstrable skills that show you can deliver in AI-first roles.
AI is no longer a skill you add to your resume. It’s the baseline. I believe AI will create more jobs than it displaces, especially in AI-native startups where small teams can do what once took hundreds. But these companies need people who can build, not just manage. At Mesa, every student learns to build with AI, solve real problems, and turn ideas into action — regardless of their background.
– Varun Limaye Co-founder, Mesa School of Business

Real problems. Real users. Real impact.

Students analyse what AI intervention was made, whether it was the right one, and what they would have done differently.

Solve an operator’s problem in 2–4 weeks and present it back.

Build a working solution with a business case, not a deck.

Build a live GTM system for an AI founder, every term.

Scope and prototype an AI feature for a real product.

Put your build in front of real users and report what broke.

Show how your build can make money.

Pick a problem you have seen yourself: at work, in an internship, in your BSL project.
Design the workflow, add a simple front end and a database.
Deploy it as a live link anyone can open.
Find real users. Report what worked, what broke, how many used it.
Work out how it could earn, and present the business model.
Every term, founders and operators unpack real AI products, sharing how they’re built, deployed, and scaled.

See how a live AI product really works, and what broke.

Tear down a real AI product’s stack and moat.

Build a working voice agent, from speech-to-text to speech.

Position and sell an AI product the AI-native way.

Handle AI objections and run a POC that closes.

Find where AI is creating roles in finance, health, legal, ops and more.
Operators who build with AI every day run the workshops, sit in on hackathons and judge the AI Showcase.

Workshop · Sales
ProblemSuperset needs an automated system to generate and qualify leads for acquiring business schools (UG/PG) across India, focusing on placements. Manual lead generation and qualification are too slow and inefficient.
Workshop · Sales
ProblemFounders lack a clear go-to-market plan for each segment.
Workshop · Marketing
ProblemBrands struggle to quickly process and act on customer feedback across multiple platforms (e.g., Amazon, Trustpilot, D2C websites). Identifying key sentiment trends and actionable insights from massive volumes of reviews is time-consuming and often inaccurate when done manually.
Workshop · Marketing
ProblemCreating daily push notification copies for multiple cohorts is time-consuming (~35 man-hours/day) and limits performance optimization because copies are often not aligned with past campaign data.
Workshop · Marketing
ProblemThis workshop will teach you how to build an end-to-end automation that converts product page images → auto-generated product videos using n8n, Firecrawl, and Gemini Veo.
Workshop · Tools
ProblemCall centres can’t answer every customer call in time.

ProblemNon-engineers struggle to turn ideas into working code.

A baseline assessment at the end of Term 1 places each student. The Beginner track is for functional roles that are not AI-centric. The Advanced track is for AI-centric roles such as AI PM, Forward Deployed Engineer, GTM Engineer and Growth Engineer.
Building. Every build is deployed as a live link, and the AI Building Test at the end of each term is practical, not theory.
Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity; n8n, Make.com and Zapier for automation; Claude Code, Cursor and Lovable for building; Vapi and ElevenLabs for voice. We go deep on a few and show the rest for comparison. The stack is reviewed each cohort.
