Students get to closely observe how Founders run their businesses, manage their teams and take important business decisions.
Students get to work on projects that move real business metrics, get to work in teams, and be a part of important meetings with regular checkins with leadership team
Students get to apply to startups working on exciting problems in spaces like AI, SpaceTech, Quick Commerce, B2B SaaS and Clean Energy.
On completion, students receive an internship certificate and a letter of referral from Founders based on the quality of work displayed.
Pick a product, brand it, figure out supply, build a website, run performance marketing and achieve 10L in sales in year 1.
Master no code tools, API integrations, building an intuitive UX with an LLM powering the backend AI functions, and launch on product hunt, hit 1k Monthly Active Users (MAU)
Define your target audience, come up with a concept for content creation, get access to Mesa’s social media agency and build a followership of 10k on IG/YT
Generate and evaluate startup ideas, build a prototype/MVP and go-to-market, acquire your first 100 customers, monetise them and pitch to VCs.
Define a business problem solvable with AI, and validate through customer research and organic channels (social media, surveys). Start building interest via early content and email sign-ups.

London Immersion Quarter
In the London Immersion Quarter, students will explore the world’s financial hub, learning from top fintech startups like Revolut, TransferWise, and Monzo. This experience offers invaluable insights into Africa’s innovative solutions for global sustainability.
A 4-step process that is rigorous & challenging, and evaluates you in a holistic manner
A 30-minute online session conducted by our co-founder Varun Limaye where you're walked through everything about the Mesa program. This is a compulsary step, and you cannot proceed further with the application without attending an info session!
A 60-minute online test, the MAT takes a unique place here at Mesa. We believe that conventional tests don’t do justice to the range of skills that a candidate brings, often overlooking potential by focusing narrowly on specific skill sets. The MAT goes beyond a standard test format and has video & written sections with on-the-spot prompts.
Here, we want to know your journey so far. We will give you a set format within which you can tell us about the extracurriculars you have excelled in, the leadership positions you have stepped in, the projects you have worked on, the instruments your play and so on!
We follow a 2-step interview process. In Round 1, you will have to talk through any idea you have & answer 5 key questions about it. We will help you with resources & videos to excel in this round. Round 2 will be with a founder at Mesa to assess your fitment with the Mesa program!

If shortlisted, you get to participate in Mesa’s 2-step interview process. In Step 1, imagine yourself to be a founder who is trying to raise funds from a VC. In Step 2, you will interact with the founder to see if you’re the right for the program.
You will hear back from the Admissions Team on any one of these three options: selected, waitlisted, or rejected
