Saras Che reinvents the humble Gujarati khakhra as a bite-sized Coin Khakhra, served in bold flavours like Peri Peri, Tandoori and Thai Chilli. Born from Mesa’s flagship Build Your Own Business program - Saras Che is now doing ₹2.16 Cr. + in annualised revenue, and has done ₹80 Lacs + in B2B sales. Currently averaging ₹20 Lakhs in sales per month. Saras Che recently qualified to the second round of Shark Tank.
Founder, Whisperwave AI
Building open-air active noise cancellation AI-powered device that creates a "sound bubble," using microphone and speaker arrays plus inverse sound waves to silence the noise around you. Selected 1 of 30 from 1,500+ applicants to Entrepreneur First - its youngest cohort member ever - Surya went on to become the youngest person in India to file an AI patent, holds 5+ technology patents, and has raised $250K in seed funding.
Investment Analyst at the age of 19
Worked on a due diligence on a deep-tech company raising $5M, wrote the firm’s aerospace thesis, and built an AI agent that turns investor-call transcripts into a live dashboard. Built Snowball, an AI-enabled retirement planning tool. Built Advise, marketplace for investment advisors.
Founder, Fanout
Has been building online since 13. Currently building a learning platform for engineers moving into AI/ML, LLMs, research and inference. Met his co-founder at a Hacker House in Vietnam. Generated ₹65L revenue in ~40 days. ₹1 Cr expected this month. 70–80% net profit margin.
AI Team, Zomato
Somu spent his summer in Zomato's Central AI Team designing AI workflows that improve efficiency org-wide - for a ₹50,000/month stipend and a seat alongside senior product leaders. He built it himself first: Vizey, an AI-native SAT prep platform, and Radius, an AI competitive intelligence tool. He placed 4th among 1,200+ teams at the Replit + OpenAI Hackathon. Cohort 2029, and just getting started.
Product, Grapevine
Riddhi landed a summer internship in the product engine of Grapevine, a Peak XV-backed startup, managing ops across product, engineering, and growth for ₹40,000/month. Back at Mesa, she leads as President of the AI Club and placed 4th at IIT Delhi's Emergent AI Hackathon. As an Emergent Ventures Fellow, she built AI solutions for mental health - then took the stage as a performer in Mesa's theatre scene.

All students completing their class 12th exams in 2027 can apply to the program. It is also open to students who completed class 12th in 2026.

Our admission process is designed to select the best students and to assess students holistically across past achievements, hunger & potential, aptitude, communication, ability to work with others & desire to dream big. Hence, the process also includes several stages - MSAT (Mesa Scholarship & Admissions Test), an AI interview, and offline interviews on campus, comprising a Team Case Challenge and a Senior Leadership Round for case/business pitch. Mesa School is not accredited with UGC and does not provide a degree or diploma to students. This allows our curriculum to be updated frequently to match the industry, with big components of experiential & learn by doing with practitioner led learning; versus getting fixed in a decade old curriculum design.
Most of our students choose to enroll in online degree programs to pursue a degree in parallel to the Mesa School program. Most common universities in which our past students have enrolled in include IIM Bangalore, IIM Udaipur and Narsee Monjee.
According to the Indian government ruling, online degrees from top 100 ranked universities are considered equivalent to offline degree programs from all universities. These online degrees from top 100 universities can be used to apply for Masters in India and abroad, government jobs and all jobs.
No, student accommodation is optional but it is a residential program so students will require to move to Bangalore and come to campus daily. For those who opt in, our facilities are located within 2 km of campus, and include 24/7 security with CCTV, an on-site infirmary and nurses, shuttle service, laundry, gym access, and recreational/study spaces. There are several room size options for students to choose from, details of which can be provided based on your interest in opting for student living.
Yes, both merit-based scholarships (up to 60% of tuition, based on MSAT score, interview performance and accomplishments) and means-based support for students facing financial constraints. Loan-partner financing is also available, covering up to 100% of tuition and accommodation over tenures up to 12 years.
Mesa UG program is designed to create top 0.1% young professionals in the country - and that happens with a very high quality program, delivered by top faculty & industry practitioners & access to personalized mentorship. In four years, students build 4 real businesses to create 10 lac in revenue (a D2C brand, a Gen-AI product, a YouTube channel, and their own startup), complete 3 Founder's Office internships, 200+ hours of hands-on AI learning & building products, get direct access to founders, operators and investors as mentors. Students do full time industry immersion in their last year. All this puts Mesa students way ahead of their peer group at that age and sets them up for success in the current world of AI.

We expect Mesa students to be able to choose from a variety of outcomes - either they will become full time entrepreneurs or join a fast moving organization in a high impact role for a few years or pursue their masters or other passion areas. The program will expose them to building real revenue businesses and also working in internships in top companies - so at the end, they will have both the capability & options to choose what excites them the most. More than 2000+ startups, founders, operators are part of Mesa School network in Bangalore, which opens up to all students. Our last 3 PG cohorts have averaged 26 lacs in annual CTC and our first year UG students did internships with average stipends of 30-50k INR while building businesses in their first year which cumulatively crossed 2 Cr INR in revenue.
Absolutely, you should apply. First, learning AI is no longer optional - in today's world, increasingly, you are expected to be great at using AI in all jobs, sectors & role functions. Second, AI is taught in a unique way at Mesa School. Irrespective of your past exposure, the program is designed to be hands-on and allows you to learn at your pace. More than 200+ hours of actual AI learning & building, in hackathon style while supported by mentors throughout and a peer group that is in the same boat as you, learning & helping each other - is what allows our students to become great at AI in no time. Our students have built AI products doing crores in revenue and also applied AI in real businesses to solve actual problems. And none of them knew AI before they started at Mesa School.
Students are provided several options for global immersion at both our partner university campuses (UC Berkeley USA, LSE London, NUS Singapore) and industry visits (China, South Korea, Singapore). These are optional and students can opt in based on their availability across all years of the program.
