Students who complete our Undergraduate Program in Business Management & Entrepreneurship receive a certificate of completion issued by Mesa School. Our four-year UG program is a non-degree program.
Alongside our non-degree UG program, we support students in pursuing a separate online BBA. NMIMS and IIM Bangalore are options commonly chosen by our students; they may also choose other distance-learning university offerings. The university makes its own admissions decision, sets its academic requirements and awards its degree.

How we support parallel study
Our UG learning experience focuses on business, AI and product building, ventures and startup work. For students pursuing an online degree alongside it, we provide study support, including exam-preparation bootcamps ahead of the June and December examination cycles.
That support sits alongside the university’s own academic requirements. Students remain responsible for completing the admission, coursework, examinations and other conditions of the particular degree they choose.
When discussing the route with Admissions, ask how the current support schedule fits with your university’s examination dates and your Mesa School coursework, internships or travel. Different programs can have different calendars.
Choosing the exact university program
We describe the NMIMS and IIM Bangalore online BBA options as recognised, UGC-approved and WES-acceptable. For the degree you choose, verify its full title, awarding institution, mode, eligibility, fees and intake-specific recognition with the university and UGC Distance Education Bureau. WES and any receiving university assess the actual credential and application; our description does not guarantee an individual evaluation or admission outcome.
The degree option and its terms should be clear before you enrol. Admission to our UG program does not itself create a university enrolment, and our certificate does not become a university degree because you study both at the same time.
Include separate university tuition, admission and examination charges in your budget, as well as the time needed for coursework and exams. Our UG fee and accommodation charges remain governed by your Mesa offer.

Keeping your academic records clear
Retain the Mesa School offer and program terms, your completion records, the university admission confirmation, fee documents, marksheets and eventual degree certificate. These records help you explain both parts of your education accurately.
Before accepting either program, read its own payment, withdrawal, refund and completion terms. The institutions have separate responsibilities, and a change to one enrolment may not automatically change the other.
